Watch as Coach Eric Rothwell explains and shows video of this 9v9 drill. This drill is run near the end of practice and has two 10-minute sessions. At the half, the teams will flip sides and formations. The 4-3-1 team will have a more compacted formation, looking to stop the opponent and have a slower-paced attack. The 3-3-3 formations with 3 players up top allow for a quicker attack.
