Rats is a 3-on-2 drill that works on the offense moving their feet and catching and passing in tight spaces. The defense is working on covering 3 with 2, working on dragging their sticks, opening to the ball, and rotating. Gulls is a 4-on-3 with the offense working on carrying the ball and understanding defensive rotations. The defense is working on understanding the triangle rotation.
