Watch as Coach Mike Horowitz explains, and a goalie demonstrates this pipe-to-pipe drill. The goalie has one footwork rule and that is to get the outside foot outside the ball. In the pipe to pipe drill, the goalie starts with his shoulders parallel to the goal line with the foot on one pipe with shots taken to the back pipe.
