Watch as Coach Ryan Rohde explains and shows practice video of the Flat Alamo Drill. The defenders will line up in the middle of 2 offensive players. The offensive player will receive a pass and attack the goal. The drill simulates a defender being in no man's land and drifting across the top. Working on angles is key and the defender is trying to force alley shots. The offensive players want to get the shots off quick, take advantage of space, and dictate to the defense.
