Watch as the faceoff stance is discussed and demonstrated. With the evolution of the faceoff, the most important thing is weight distribution and the angle which you are approaching the ball. The feet, knees, and shoulders are angled to the ball which allows you to get over and into the ball. Mechanically, the weight should be on the inside foot.
