Watch as Coach Joel Tinney explains the "Catch the Fly" drill. In this drill, cones are used to direct player movement, encouraging them to leave early to catch the ball while moving downhill. The drill is designed to enhance catching at the highest point, maximize repetitions, and enable players to practice running through passes at full speed.
