Watch as Coach Matthew Licciardi explains, and Coach TJ Haley demonstrates the Up the Hash Shooting Drill. The drill is set up with a line of cones arched and slightly bent towards the middle of the field. The player will start with the ball in his stick with the stick out in front of him. He will step with the left foot, come off the right foot on the inside, then take a jump shot shooting for the far post. Coach stresses the importance of shooting over the top and not from the side.
