Everything is scripted. Watch as Coach explains that tempo applies to not only games but practice as well. Every aspect including individual time is scripted. Coach stresses you must “play football” and some contact is necessary in practice. All sessions and drills must be competitive and making sudden changes a part of practice is a plus.
