The first drill has the tight ends in a four-point stance on their knees and hands then punching out while getting full extension and unloading the hips. The second drill, the tight ends are in a frog stance then exploding into the defender emphasizing face, hands, and feet technique. The third drill is a duck walking drill that creates flexibility for tight ends as they come up out of the stance exploding and finishing.
