Watch as Coach Lane Kiffin explains and shows video examples of this RPO 1/4 post pass route. In this example the running play is an inside zone and the RPO places the WB or safety in a conflicted position. The QB reads the boundary safety and if he comes down then he throws the post. Coach points out that the faster the offense goes, the faster the defense must get aligned and that limits their ability to disguise coverage.
