Watch as Coach Rico Zackery explains and shows practice video of the Interception Return drill. On an interception he emphasizes that whoever makes the pick needs to get to the hash, numbers, sideline, and stay out of the middle of the field. The drill starts with the defense sprinting onto the field and lining up. On the pass drop, the back seven will drop to their coverage and the D-Line will execute their pass rush moves. Once the ball is thrown everyone retraces to the ball and when they hear the interception call, they are to turn and become blockers.
