Watch as Coach Bob Chesney explains and shows video of this Drill it or Kill it leverage drill. This drill is run at the start of practice and involves both offensive and defensive players. There are 4 defensive players, 2 vice and 2 insurance tacklers attacking a ball carrier and maintaining proper positioning. If the drill is performed correctly the drill is over and the player will celebrate. If they do not perform correctly then the 4 players sprint 35 yards down and back and 4 new players are called out to repeat the drill.
