Watch as Coach John Butler explains, and DBs demonstrate this weave drill. As the DBs backpedal they are keying on the Coach and weaving to the right or left, following his ball movement. It is important not to cross over but to stay square with your eyes on the coach. The weaving is mimicking an inside stem by a receiver.
