Watch as Coach James Franklin explains and shows clips of these offense vs. defense full contact drills. Pods are quick paced-drills involving offensive and defensive linemen plus backers. Make sure to work the right and left sides to get as many reps as possible in 5 minutes. The speed rush emphasizes pass rushers working against linemen they normally do not face. 1v1 drill is receivers and tight ends against DBs in a competitive drill.
