Why can I not view the videos?
If you are using internet provided by your school, it is likely the school is blocking our video service Vimeo.com. Please request from the school's technology department to unblock Vimeo.com or use a different source of internet.

Is creating a profile free?
Yes, absolutely. The content on our site exists completely as a service to coaches and those interested in improving their coaching profession knowledge base.

How does the "Remember Me" work?
Checking "Remember Me" is optional when you log in to your account, it saves your username and password on your computer and every time you access the page your login information will be saved.

What happens if I forget my password?
If you forget your password, please click on the 'Lost your Password?' link. A password recovery email will be sent to the email address provided. The email will contain a link which will redirect you to a page where your password can be updated.

How can I change my password?
After you are logged in, click on the 'My Account' link at the top of the page and then choose the 'Profile' tab. Here you can edit your Login Credentials, which includes your Password.

How can I sign up to receive Coaches Insider email newsletters?
You can sign up to receive the email newsletters by signing up for a free account or by filling out this short form - click here to subscribe.

Can I sign up my assistant coaches to receive Coaches Insider email newsletters?
Yes! You can sign up anyone you would like – including your assistant coaches.

Why should I create an account?
By creating a free account, you will be signed up to receive your sport-specific Coaches Insider email newsletter -- which contains new content delivered straight to your inbox. You will also be able to save your favorite videos and articles to your profile to view at any time from anywhere you have access to internet as well as saving your own personal notes to each piece of content. There are also other special features with having an account, like redeeming deals and rating articles & videos.

Do I have to re-create an account for every sport site?
No. Once you create an account on one sport site, you can use that same login information across all sports.

Why am I receiving an 'Account Locked' message?
If you attempt to access your account and type in an incorrect password 5 times the account will lock for 1 hour. This is for security reasons.
