Former Major Leaguer Curtis Granderson discusses his two favorite hitting drills. First, the Tee Drill which offers the flexibility to work on all aspects of hitting. Second, the Soft Toss Over or Underhand Drill which allowed him to work on strike zone discipline with a high volume of reps.
