Watch full video with Baseball +Plus here. • January 6, 2026 • By Texas High School Baseball Coaches Association

Watch as Colonel Craig Flowers explains that the term Leadership is often clouded by clichés. He explains that in its simplest form leadership is service to a cause. Many times, Coaches fail to define leadership, but your players can relate and understand the meaning of service to a cause as it empowers them and gives something they can anchor to. Colonel Flowers will explain in detail the six causes in life emphasizing that an individual must learn to lead themselves before they can lead others.
