Keep Players Engaged Using Game-Like Drills with Buck Showalter – Retired MLB Manager

March 25, 2020 • By American Baseball Coaches Association

Watch as Coach explains that to have a productive practice session it is important to keep the players engaged by using game-like drills. He suggests mixing up the drills so they are not repetitive, and players don't get bored. The drill length should not be over eight minutes. You can add a competitive element and even keep score.
