Dynamic Warm-Ups: Lunge Exercises with Greg Burnett – Texas Lutheran Univ.

Watch as Coach Greg Burnett explains and shows video of these dynamic warm-up lunge exercises. All of the exercises incorporate a balance aspect and there is never a reset. The exercises are working on balance, hip and ankle flexibility.
