Defensive Practice Drills with Chan Brown – Parkview HS (GA)

March 2, 2020 • By Texas High School Baseball Coaches Association

Watch as Coach explains his two best defensive practice drills, White and Blue, which he refers to as his "bread and butter". The White Drill is a timed throwing and catching drill that puts pressure on the defense to make the correct run-down throw. The Blue Drill is also timed, but involves working on a 1-6-3, with the catchers working on bunts, dropping third strikes, and back picks.
