Watch as Coach explains his in-season weekly plan for his pitchers. It is important to be able to map out the entire week and communicate that plan to your pitchers. The plan involves recovery, long toss, compete, and repeat. Coach will discuss in detail the recovery plan for the day after a pitcher competes explaining that this is a template, and it is important to adjust for individual pitchers. He will also discuss the plan for the competitive day when they are scheduled to pitch.
