Watch as Coach explains, and catchers demonstrate two exchange drills. Cornflakes is a recovery drill that starts in the blocking position and emphasizes the catcher getting up fast and looking for the next play. Rice Krispies is a hit, fetch, and pop drill with the catcher blocking the ball, recovering it, and getting into a throwing position.
