You Can Be Right and Lose with Darryl Nance – Greenville County Schools (SC)

July 15, 2024 • By ADInsider

Darryl Nance explains that sometimes you are going to be right no matter how much it costs you. Beware of this political pothole as you can be right and still lose. Factors such as sharing the correct data, authenticity, and communication style can have a major impact on being right but still losing. It is important to discuss this with your coaching staff so they understand that you may have some negative conversations on this issue, but it does not need to lead to a negative relationship.
