Jean Kinn Ashen reflects on her career and discusses work-life balance and some lessons she has learned over the years. She also reviews the importance of professional development and how, for the last 26 years, she has attended both State and National Conferences returning with state-of-the-art information. California will become an NIAAA dual-membership state this fall which will help support 2,000 Athletic Administrators throughout the state. They will have access to all the resources provided by the NIAAA plus liability insurance.
