Where to Draw the Line with Rob Rafeh – Marin Academy (CA)

March 20, 2024 • By ADInsider

Rob Rafeh explains and gives an example of where he had to draw a line with a coach about a change in policy. The policy change involved videotaping of games for only one sport. This situation had been a long-standing policy, as the school has multiple sports and his was not meeting the needs of all coaches and their athletes. Rob explains how he has worked with the school's development team to raise money to install cameras in their indoor and outdoor facilities so that all the teams can benefit from video analysis.
