What Is the Mission of Your Athletic Program with Chris Fore – Eight Laces Consulting

October 21, 2024 • By ADInsider

Chris Fore explains that one of the hurdles in building a championship-caliber athletic program is defining the vision and mission of the program. It is key that the school board, superintendent, principal, AD, and coaches are on the same page and understand the goals outlined in the mission statement.

---------------------------------
Chris Fore is a veteran Athletic Director and Head Football Coach from Southern California who specializes in the hiring process among the highly competitive athletic world. EightLaces.org.

Currently, he serves as the Principal at Mojave High School in Hesperia, California. Fore coached high school football for sixteen years (eight as a Head Varsity Coach) and Junior College football for one before becoming an Administrator. He spent six years as an Athletic Director where both schools set the school record for the most Championships won in one year; both stand to this day. (One was set in 2010, the other in 2013.)
