Garrett Schmidt explains that he uses Google Sheets for tracking his athletes' eligibility, which allows him and his staff to manage the entire activities department's eligibility. This includes making sure the athletes are registered, have all the proper forms turned in, and their physicals are up to date. He will explain in detail the formatting of the sheet and how it is used. Google Sheets makes it easy and efficient to communicate to each sport's head coach, notifying them on the status of their players and what actions (if any) need to be taken regarding their eligibility.
