Scott Drabczyk explains how they created a process focused on communication with all stakeholders involved with game day operation or scheduling. The goal is to reach as many people as efficiently as possible using Google Sheets and calendars. This saves a tremendous amount of time and allows for creating a one-stop shop for live, constantly updated communications in a centralized place.
