Using Google Sheets as a One-Stop Shop with Scott Drabczyk – Horizon High School (FL)

Scott Drabczyk explains how they created a process focused on communication with all stakeholders involved with game day operation or scheduling. The goal is to reach as many people as efficiently as possible using Google Sheets and calendars. This saves a tremendous amount of time and allows for creating a one-stop shop for live, constantly updated communications in a centralized place. Scott will explain and show multiple examples of how Google Sheets works for his athletic department.

Instructions: Open the sample spreadsheet link, download the sheet, upload the sheet to your own Google Sheets account. From there, you can create a link to your own, revised sheet and change the permissions (allow others to edit or view only, etc.).
