Using Checklists to Assist in Event Management with Brian Knab – Ardrey Kell HS (NC)

AD Brian Knab discusses some of the event management checklists he uses to assist in providing a great game experience for his athletes and the community. He shows his football event checklist as an example, touching on some of the important subjects that must be taken care of. He also explains his default stadium checklist that he shares with his coaches at the beginning of the school year. Coaches and athletes take pride and ownership of the facilities and using the checklist will leave the facility better than they found it after practice or games.
