Dr. Green explains that coaches DO have the ability to prevent cell phones with cameras in locker rooms, shower rooms, and restrooms due to numerous invasions of privacy issues. He cites several examples of individual school personnel facing criminal charges and schools that have faced civil suits over lack of supervision. Coaches and administrators cannot, however, prevent students from filming coaches' locker room speeches as the courts have ruled this particular situation is NOT an invasion of privacy.
