Dr. Sanfelippo explains that when you are out in front of the public and you are transparent, it gives you time to build some social capital. With time, you can start to put the systems in place to help the school system grow and for your people to get better. There is some credibility with visibility that allows the public to know and understand what you are trying to accomplish.
