Todd Gulluscio explains that as a smaller school, they don't cut students on their athletic teams. Every student has an opportunity to experience a team environment and all that comes with it. The problem is roster management and the solution was the initiation of dual-sport participation where an athlete can participate in multiple sports in the same season. Todd cites the program's culture and that the athletes take pride and responsibly for the success of the dual participation.
