Showing Appreciation for Game Officials with Mark Uyl – MHSAA

Mark states that the best recruiters in officiating are other officials. Officials are always communicating with other officials and if you can make your school a place they want to come and feel appreciated then the word will spread. A small gesture of providing sandwiches and a drink between middle school games can go a long way in showing your appreciation.
