AD Insider, in partnership with HomeTown Ticketing, is proud to present the first episode of the AD Insider On-Campus Series! In this episode, we take you to Lakeland High School in Lakeland, FLto provide an inside look at a public school with 1900 students, 16 sports, and one of the most storied football programs in the state of Florida. Led by legendary Head Coach Bill Castle who has been with the program for 52 years, won 8 state titles, and currently has over 20 Division 1 recruits on his roster. This is an Athletic Department built by tradition, but in an era of Social Media, NIL, Open Enrollment, eSports, and Digital Ticketing, these administrators have been forced to find ways to innovate their coaching methods, gameday experience, and overall strategy for attracting students to their school.
