Jill Stobber discusses player ejections at her school and how, as administrators, they need to continue to educate athletes, coaches, and parents when things happen. Working with the fan base is important as officials, coaches, and players do make mistakes and the fans should be more accepting of these human errors. Conflicts with officials will not be tolerated but she considers every incident as a teachable moment and opportunity to change behavior.
