NIAAA U Leadership Cohort with Darryl Nance – Greenville County Schools (SC)

Watch as Darryl Nance discusses the U Leadership Cohort which he began developing 3 years ago. Knowing how hard it is to teach leadership in a four-hour time frame, Darryl wanted to dive deeper into leadership and came up with a manual and then an online learning course that has been approved by the NIAAA.
