Lawsuit Variation Between the High School and Collegiate Levels with Dan Armstrong – (Retired) Northwestern High School (IN)

Compliance at the High School level is becoming much more encompassing. Colleges have been dealing with Title IX mandates since the early 70s, while High Schools were allowed to phase them in over a longer period of time as it became more and more necessary.

 

This material comes from an NIAAA Leadership Training Institute Course taught at the Indiana High School Athletic Administrators State Conference.
