Eric Boles discusses the role of an Athletic Director in leading the coaches of their athletic department. He stresses the importance of those leaders understanding what really matters the most. They must understand and accept the vision and goals of the department and every individual program must feed into and support the vision. Eric will explain in detail some of the methods an AD can use to communicate with and lead his leaders.
