Roy Turner explains that as AD, he believes in leadership but wants his coaches to own their own problems. He tries to remove as many of the obstacles his coaches will face, including paperwork. As a leader, he wants his coaches to be able to interact with the students and create those relationship-building opportunities to "Make the Magic Happen." He wants his coaches to feel important and help to build the brand.
