Understanding and Dealing with Challenging Personalities with Scott Dorsett – The Webb School (TN) [NIAAA]

February 25, 2020 • By ADInsider

Brought to you in partnership with the NIAAA

Scott Dorsett discusses understanding and dealing with challenging personalities. Challenging personalities can be disgruntled parents and coaches, and general workplace conflicts. A good strategy is to always remain calm and try to get some perspective on the other person and their intentions. Treat the person with respect and build some rapport with the focus on what can be acted on to resolve the issue.
