Recruiting Process: Establish Roles and Get Organized with Ira Childress – Gulliver Prep (FL)

December 18, 2020 • By National All Sports Virtual Coaches Summit

It is essential to establish roles in the recruiting process with athletes and their parents or guardians. Define the roles of the AD and coaches and how they can be of assistance to all involved. Determine who are the key influencers in the recruiting process such as the high school coach, club coach, or other family members so that all communication lines are always open.

This clip comes from a full-length session that was featured in the National All Sports Coaches Summit that took place from November 9 - 13, 2020. Access is still available for purchase and replays are available until Jan. 15th, 2021. Click here for more info.
