Evolution of Parent Issues and How to Take the Right Approach with Doug Killgore (Retired)

"You may be an expert in your position, but they are an expert in their kid." Doug explains that there has to be a middle ground. Melding the kid and the program, you and the parents have one common goal for that student-athlete and that is success.
