Brett Proctor discusses the two rules that are important to prevent burnout. The #1 rule is don't sweat the small stuff and the #2 rule is everything is small stuff. It is key not to go into crisis mode with every little glitch when you make a mistake. Everyone makes mistakes, so just own it, move on, and work to prevent it from happening again. If this is a recurring tendency, then maybe you were not meant for the job.
