Establishing a Coaches Academy with Dr. Luke Clamp – River Bluff High School (SC)

All new head coaches hired within the school system are partnered with a mentor; an individual currently coaching, a retired coach, or a college coach. Dr. Clamp believes this program has been a tremendous benefit to their young coaches, giving them the opportunity to discuss parent/player issues and dealing with adversity in general.
