Kevin Grooms explains that the coaching college is designed to assist Athletic Directors in finding the ideal coach. The college is made up of different courses that focus on skills that all coaches and administrators need to be successful. Kevin gives examples of three courses: Let's Eat, On the Fly, and Huddle Up, that highlight communication skills, adaptability, and being coachable.
