Watch as Eric Persyn explains that any meeting with parents dealing with any issues they have with a coach must include the AD, parent, coach and the student athlete. The goal is to be open and transparent, but many parents decide not to meet if the student athletes must be present. If the meeting does happen often the conflict between the student and coach can be resolved but if not, then it is a life lesson.
