Culture Is Not a Sign or a Saying with Seth Greenberg – ESPN

July 25, 2022 • By I-70 Baseball Coaches Clinic

Seth Greenberg explains that building your culture takes time. Culture is not a sign or saying but how you live every day and how you carry yourself. It involves being consistent and setting expectations and standards. Assistant coaches are extremely important in building culture as they represent your message when you are not present. He discusses social media and gives examples in its usage to help build and maintain your program's culture.
