Cheryl Fillmore explains that she has learned to not try to "do it all" and to give the authority and responsibility back to the coaches. She is going to implement a plan that when meeting with her coaches, they will each be responsible for presenting a section of the school's policy handbook. This 'Coaches Academy' allows coaches to learn the school's policies and their own responsibilities.
