Leadership involves building relationships with the ultimate goal of improving performance and, as the AD, it is your job to get your team to the highest level of performance possible. Building positive relationships can create an environment that will allow you to achieve your potential and goals by functioning together as a team. Create an athletic department that administrators, coaches, athletes, students, and fans all want to be part of.
